Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day. I felt like a Hollywood star - I will never get over my hair!
But you were such a calming presence, especially when my nerves kicked in right at the end. You really helped ground me, and I can’t thank you enough for also stepping in to help me get dressed. That meant a lot.
I also really appreciate how patient, kind, and accommodating you were throughout the whole process. I know you had a fair few questions from me and the bridesmaids, and you handled everything so professionally and warmly.
You were such an essential part of the day, and you were absolutely amazing. Thank you again for everything!!!

I cannot recommend Louisa highly enough! From the moment we met at my trial appointment, I knew I’d made the right choice. She instantly made me feel comfortable, really listened to my feedback, and brought such a calm, reassuring energy that carried right through to the big day.
On my wedding day, Louisa was nothing short of incredible. She went above and beyond in every way — not only did she create the most stunning hair and makeup (I’ve truly never felt more beautiful!), but she also helped me into my dress, overskirt, and veil so I could have a special reveal moment with my mum and bridesmaids.
What really stood out, though, was the way she looked after me. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay, and even gave me a quiet moment to just breathe and be present before everything started. She was the ultimate hype queen — constantly reminding me how beautiful I looked, which meant more than she probably knows. Her energy was exactly what I needed on such an emotional day.

Where to START! Louisa is the kindest, most talented artist and person. Through every step of the process she listened, understood and added her magic and expertise, ensuring that as a bride I felt the most special I have ever felt. The trail was so thorough and welcoming, and as I drove home, it was one of the first times I felt the most excitement ahead of the big day, reassured that I was going to feel incredible on the big day itself. She made me feel incredibly comfortable to ask for any changes (not that they were needed!) and talked me through every step of the process. On the day itself, Louisa and her amazing team were organised and ran to time, and honestly I cannot fault the quality of her service. One bridesmaid even said that she preferred her make up by Louisa and her team to her own wedding make up..! Louisa nailed the hair brief and produced a hair style that I was easily able to change myself for the evening to create another look. The make up lasted all day and night, and was the perfect balance of glowy and natural glam. Not to mention when we got home after the wedding, Louisa had tidied the house so it was spotless for us to come home to. She really is one of a kind and truly the best investment you can make for yourself to feel like the most elevated version of you on your big day. Thank you Louisa and your incredible team, you're all amazing!
