Being invited to travel with a bride to style her hair and makeup for a destination wedding is always a privilege. Whether you’re celebrating in Tuscany, France, or further afield, my aim is always to ensure you experience the same calm, professional service you would expect from a UK wedding — just in a beautiful location abroad.

 

One of the benefits of choosing a UK-based bridal artist for a destination wedding is the ability to build a relationship ahead of the day. Many of my destination brides choose to have their bridal preview in the UK, allowing us to meet in person, refine your look, and ensure everything feels perfect well before your wedding day. Communication is also seamless, with no language barriers or cultural differences.

 

 

Travel & Logistics

To ensure the wedding morning runs smoothly, my team and I travel to your destination the day before the wedding. This allows time for any unexpected travel delays and ensures that our professional kits arrive safely with us in hold luggage.

 

Our kits contain a full range of professional products and tools that allow us to adapt to different climates and environments, ensuring your hair and makeup performs beautifully throughout your wedding day.

 

Destination bookings involve several logistical elements that are not required for UK weddings, including:

 

• Flights with hold luggage for professional kits

• Accommodation surrounding the wedding date

• Airport transfers and local travel within the destination

• Travel to and from the airport within the UK

• Airport parking and transport costs

 

 

 

Time Commitment

 

Unlike UK weddings, where I can travel to the venue and return home on the same day, destination weddings typically require two to three days of commitment around the wedding itself.

 

For example, a Saturday wedding usually requires travel on the Friday and return travel either late Saturday evening or the following day depending on flight schedules.

 

Because wedding dates are reserved well in advance, this time commitment means I am unable to accept other bookings during those dates. Destination wedding bookings therefore reflect not only the wedding morning services, but also the time reserved to travel and deliver the experience for you.

 

 

Larger Bridal Parties

I can usually personally take care of the Bride + up to 5 services comfortably on a wedding morning (timings dependent)

If your bridal party exceeds this, I will require additional artists to help support us - a carefully selected team will travel with me to ensure everyone is styled comfortably and on schedule.

Each artist travels with their own professional kit and reserves the same dates for your wedding, so travel and accommodation arrangements apply to each team member.
